A run down 1950’s apartment in Elwood on a main road with incredible city views and so much potential.

We started of by completely stripping the apartment, removing everything internally including the wall between the kitchen and living area, creating open living. A brand new kitchen went in along with a carefully positioned island bench. Plenty more light was created as a result of knocking down the middle wall.

Bathroom was completely stripped of its previous bath, toilet and basin.

New wardrobes, floors, carpet, ceiling, tile,  all new plumbing and electrical work.

A complete revamp from what once was an old run down apartment now became a modern open plan clean finished Elwood apartment.
